About Us Right Track Hobbies is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of Randy and Yvette Jung. It grew out of Randy's lifelong interest in trains and model railroading, and his desire to help others discover the pleasure to be found in this hobby. As a novice modeler, Randy floundered .... buying anything he liked .... before settling on a time period and region he wanted to pattern. His own layout is in HO gauge, depicting the 1950's, with a mix of both steam and diesel. After making that decision, Randy discovered he had a lot of stuff that did not fit in. So, he rented a table at a local train show and sold off the excess. Right Track Hobbies buys, trades and sells all gauges of model trains and accessories. In addition, we custom assemble flatcars in G scale, O gauge, HO gauge and N scale. Right Track Hobbies markets its products at a variety of local and regional train shows in six states of the Midwest. You can contact us to find out if we will be at a show near you!
